Backhoe and Loader

If you will be moving the dirt around, get a machine that has a backhoe on one end and a loading bucket on the other.

Mulcher

If there are some trees you want to be removed, or old, dead bushes, you will need a mulcher. This will grind up the branches and such and also provide you with a nice mulch you can use in the garden beds you plant.

Landscaping your own yard can be a lot of fun. It will also be a lot of work. However, when you have the right equipment, the job gets done much easier and faster.
